Returns & Refunds Policy

At PREORDER.IN, we operate on a pre-order business model. Based on the size, color, and design selected by our customers, we place orders with our manufacturing partners or suppliers specifically for each order. Because of this, we have a limited cancellation and return policy.

Order Cancellation

Customers may cancel their order within 24 hours of placing it.

After 24 hours, the order enters the procurement or production process based on your selected size, color, and design. Therefore, no cancellation requests will be accepted after 24 hours, and no refund will be issued.

To request a cancellation within the allowed period, please email us at kmvresources@gmail.com with your order details.

Refund Policy

Refunds will only be processed for:

• Orders cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order.

• Orders that cannot be fulfilled by PREORDER.IN.

• Products received that are damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after verification.

Returns & Exchanges

As our products are procured or manufactured based on your selected specifications, we do not accept returns or exchanges for the following reasons:

• Incorrect size selected by the customer.

• Change of mind.

• Color preference.

• Design preference.

• Delay caused by courier services after dispatch.

Please review the product description, size chart, and measurements carefully before placing your order.

Eligible Returns

Returns or replacements will only be accepted if:

• The product received is damaged during transit.

• The wrong product was delivered.

• The product has a manufacturing defect.

Any issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery by emailing kmvresources@gmail.com along with:

• Order Number

• Photos or videos showing the issue

• Description of the problem

Our team will review your request and respond within 2–3 business days.

Return Conditions

Where a return is approved:

• The product must be unused, unwashed, and unworn.

• All original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact.

• The product must not show signs of use or alteration.

Returns that do not meet these conditions may be rejected.

Customers are responsible for safely packaging the approved return shipment. We recommend using a trackable courier service.

Non-Returnable Items

The following products are not eligible for return or exchange:

• Products purchased through the PREORDER model after 24 hours of ordering.

• Customized or personalized products.

• Products made according to customer-selected specifications.

• Products damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or normal wear and tear.

• Products without original tags or packaging.
